Smita More is a certified Ayurveda practitioner and holistic healer with a diverse academic and professional background. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from The Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara, and Computer Science training from NIIT, India. Over the years, she has pursued extensive certifications across Ayurveda, Yoga, Energy Medicine, Nutrition, and Holistic Counselling, completing more than 1,500 hours of professional training across India, Hong Kong, and the USA.
Her qualifications include:
- Ayurveda & Clinical Training — Kerala Ayurveda Academy (India & USA), Ayurprana under Dr. Vasant Lad, PRATIGNJA, and mentorship with renowned clinicians such as Dr. Karthik Krishnan.
- Yoga & Meditation — 100‑hour and 300‑hour teacher training programs from Asana Andiappan College of Yoga & Research Centre and International Yoga Academy, plus certifications in adult and children’s yoga from Hong Kong.
- Energy Healing & Consciousness Studies — Service Above Self (USA), BeLife Institute for Higher Consciousness (Master Del Pe), and advanced courses in esoteric psychology, divine alchemy, and meditation.
